Act on some arrangements in connection with Civil Porcedure Code recodification

A new Act no. 125/2016 Coll on some arrangements in connection with passing the Civil Dispute Code, Civil Non-dispute Code and Administrative Procedure Code was passed by the parliament, which came into effect as of July 1 2016. As the Statement of reasons reads, the main purpose of this legal act is to harmonise legal acts and procedural institutes in order to achieve coherence with the new civil procedure codices. The act contains mainly changes of technical character and changes in terminology.
