Concentration of Penta and Petit Press

As of July 3 2016, the Anti-monopoly office of Slovak republic has approved the concentration, which consists of joint control over one of the most significant publisher in Slovakia – Petit Press, a.s. by companies Prvá slovenská investičná skupina, a.s., which is the existing company in control of the publisher and PENTA INVESTMENTS LIMITED, which has been influential in this sector via the largest media company in Slovakia – News and Media Holding, a.s.
