A loan agreement for the financing of a second stage of the residential project Residence “Pri Mýte II” was concluded in March 2016. Our firm has provided comprehensive legal advice to the developer in connection with the preparation of the loan documentation, thus ensuring continuity in the provision of legal services, as we advised the client also on the financing of construction of the project’s first stage.
