Briefly on the preliminary assessment of the dispute

Preliminary assessment of disputes under the CSP increases the predictability of decisions and legal certainty for the parties. The article explains its purpose and scope, different approaches in the case law of the Supreme Court and Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, and practical implications for the procedural strategy of the parties.
