NEW SALES RECORDING: CHANGES TO OBLIGATIONS FROM 1 JANUARY 2026
On January 1, 2026, Act No. 384/2025 Coll. on the recording of sales and on amendments to certain acts came into effect, changing the rules for recording sales when selling goods and providing services. The new legislation replaces the existing law on the use of electronic cash registers and introduces a unified system of sales recording through eKasa.
