The acquisition of Sberbank Slovensko. Škubla & Partneri assisted a client as a purchaser in the acquisition of Sberbank Slovensko. As a general legal advisor, Škubla & Partneri has accompanied the client throughout the acquisition process including in-depth pre-acquisition audit, SPA negotiation and fulfilment of conditions precedent as well as procedures to obtain approvals from the Slovak Anti-monopoly Office and the European Central Bank for the bank’s acquisition.
