Bory Home, Bratislava - legal advice in connection with the preparation and implementation of the residential project for the new Bory Home urban residential district. In particular, we provided legal support in the preparation of contractual documentation and analysis of partial issues related primarily to the legal regulation of the Building Act and the application of its provisions in practice.
BCT Administrative Complex, Košice – comprehensive legal advice on the preparation and implementation of the construction of administrative buildings, including negotiation and preparation of contractual documentation (including securing building certification in the LEED certification system).
Bory Mall – legal advice on representing a client, primarily in the position of debtor, related to the financing process for the construction of the Bory Mall shopping and entertainment center with a leasable area of approximately 54,000 sqm, secured by a syndicate of Slovak and Central European banks. The total cost of the project was approximately EUR 150M.
Nová Terasa, Košice – legal advice on selected issues related to the construction of a residential project in the vicinity of the historic city center. We provided support in the permitting procedures for individual phases of the project, including the creation, negotiation, and commenting on contractual documentation and providing ongoing support to the client on a daily basis.
Rosum, Bratislava – comprehensive legal advice on site preparation, engineering, and development of an administrative project. The project includes office space as well as retail and service areas. We provide the client with ongoing legal support according to their requirements.
